The working student

Nowadays studying hard is a must if you want to reach for the stars in the labour market, but every path begins with the first step and planting the roots for a good student is always the best way to encourage them to learn and study on their own.

From the early childhood kids should be given little tasks according to their age so that they can develop the habit of doing productive activities when they don't know what to do in a boring afternoon, for example, building a mature individual that will be able to handle greater tasks once the time comes. Otherwise, when a kid or a teen is exposed to great expectatives without being prepared to achieve them due to not having handle any kind of work before, they could become frustrated and reluctant to keep studying in the following years.

Whether a student is successful at finding a suitable job or not is yet to be proven, but it's undeniable that if a student works hard during their school years they'll know how to handle different situations wherever they go.
