Internet for refugees
A topic usually brought up when discussing developing countries' problems is how to implement the Internet in those areas since, currently, some consider it a human right. However, as opposed to many other first instance needs, a person doesn't need the Internt to live like it would need water, food or shelter, and although some people could argue that it is needed to have a common life or to do registers or jobs those arguments only apply to social needs in first world's societies. This important factor plus others like the basic "there are other necessities more important than these" makes it all the more unjustified to bring the Internet to developing countries. Once they have caught up to First World countries on their own or thanks to external aid, then it would be their goverments' or private sector's task to develop the countries network, but until then, there are problems much worse to solve.
