Opinion on businesses that interview their employees
Making an interview within the employees of an organisation is a very dangerous practice, being the main reason that they are more likely to give a distinct opinions than their own due to the fear provoked by what other employees or even bosses may think of them; if the answers to the interview are affected by external factors, then said study loses any kind of validity. Therefore, it is the duty of the research team to keep the interviewees' identities anonymous and to keep the interview as fair as possible.
